Driving home from Minnesota today I was thinking of the best American artists. I spent about 5-10 minutes thinking.
I juggled them a bit until I biased-ly came up with this in my mind:
1. Stevie
1. Simon and Garfunkle
2. REM
3. Beach Boys
4. Chuck Berry (Although this guy is just in a category and class all by himself.)
What would be more interesting is for KyleNZ to list some of NZ's top bands of all-time.

Some nice choices, love Stevie and the Beach Boys, REM I haven't really listened to
Bob Dylan should probably be added, but the list could go on and on.

How odd. Dylan didn't come to mind. Very strange. He is arguably #1.
