Outside of the descending chord progression, I don't see a lot of similarity to "Handle With Care"......but those four are exactly the same. I don't know if George was ever a prog-rock fan...

I think George got the title based on something that I used to write on packages when I would mail something made of glass to someone.

To be fair to everyone involved, that is a pretty natural chord progression. Even I can do it. :P
Still....pretty neat how many good songs can be written using the same notes eh? 8)

Yep I do see the similarity but I have to say they made a really good song from a pretty bad one.
