John gave George a hard time over My Sweet Lord but this to my ears sounds much closer.
Having said that, I think people can get overly caught up in plagiarism thoughts, music and art always draws on what went before and that's totally fine. The real issue is what is being delivered good. If you tried to avoid all influence you wouldn't be able to do anything.
