Saw his obit and thought about you, Two.....you hipped me to these guys years ago. Sad day, indeed.

I was curious if there were other examples of bands that are HUGE in their native country, but not so much elsewhere.  The Hip had pockets of rabid fans in the US and Europe, but nothing like here. I guess it helps that just about every song was about Canada.
