I think its April.
Anyway...we are having a British Invasion Night at a great venue here, and it should be packed.
What song would you want to hear at a British Invasion Night if you were to go?
Obscure would be good here. Weve obviously picked the common ones.

January will be back in a few days. ;) Crazy how much snow disappeared in one day though.
How about this?

Goofy video, but....
That's completely new to me, not bad.

That's a great tune and an even better lipsync. They all nailed that! :)

That was absolutely fantastic. Where the heck did you dig that up from?
Im going to see if the guys will do that one. Love it.
EDIT: Sent it out just now. Ill record it if we do it at the event. Again...I love obscure songs and I love that song now.

I think that one I got on the Marshall Crenshaw page and it was posted by the lady who let me borrow some first row Macca pics she took.... must have been around 2012 or so. I always wondered why it never hit here....

Here's another from around that same time:

I suppose I should have asked how many suggestions you needed? :-)

Ha! Greg if you and the boys do the Freddy and the Dreamers song, PLEASE do the choreography too and make sure you get video! ;D
Merv, I had to listen to the other tune a couple of times to figure out if the drums were just wrong, or if I'm just an idiot. Turns out I'm an idiot. Pretty cool. ;D

Great. Esp that Freddie song. The singer really liked the first one you sent to thats a good thing. I think we'll need quite a few songs. it goes from 6pm-1pm I think. We'll play for a few hours somewhere near the end. Thanks for posting those. The ones that they are picking so far are just radio hits that people have heard a million times.

If it's obscure you're digging, I can certainly suggest more. I went thru a period after I'd gotten all the Beatles' stuff where I went looking for something more from that era. Granted, most of it wasn't near the caliber of the Lads, but every once and again, you'd find a gem.

I was wondering if this was possible. I mean....well....you decide. ;)

Great great. We are meeting again this Sat. Thanks for bothering to send those songs.
They are better than the classic People-have-heard-it-a-million-times songs that are being submitted by a couple of the guys involved in this.
