I come back to Pink Floyd every so often and each return can be from a different perspective and that's partly because their work has some pretty distinct phases.
I recently rewatched these performances I suppose you'd call them covers of the track Atom Heart Mother that Floyd did with Ron Geeson on the album of the same name. These versions are both lovingly made and completely work while having pretty different approaches. This first one recreates it with the full original instrumentation, string, brass section and choir as well as rock band. A fantastic performance:

And this is a Japanese version where they replace the strings and brass with two keyboards and the choir with 3 singers, but again it really works:

The other thing that is exciting me currently about Pink Floyd is that Nick Mason the drummer has put together a band called Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets which performs live Floyd music they recorded prior to Dark side of the moon. And they have a concert film dvd cd coming out in April, I have seen some performances on youtube which I have really enjoyed, they have been getting good reviews and I have pre-ordered a copy of the dvd/cd. I am really happy with the set list I like their stage presentation nicely retro psychedelic and i love the set list. I wouldn't be surprised if this will be for me a significant addition to my Floyd collection. Which is not completist there are certainly bits and pieces that I am not interested in like the grimmer Waters stuff particularly the Wall and the Final Cut.
But it's also interesting that fairly recently I found that there were some releases that again substantially added to their catalogue
they were compilations with rare or unreleased materials, usually these sort of things scrape the bottom of the barrel but there is something about the early Floyd that they can be at their best in this format and these are really well done:

This one has a whole lot of unreleased Syd era Floyd, Syd Barrett has suych a small catalogue yet i think it's an excellent body of work that it's amazing that mouldering away in the vaults had been such a significant set of recordings. When i got this set I did a radio show on our little local station featuring this work in the context of the rest of Syd's work.
I love Syd's work, but I think his talent has obscured for me a bit the early Floyd directly after he left and i'm coming to appreciate that more. Currently my excitement about Floyd wanes as they become more popular.
I also recently found Nick Mason's solo album (which is really a Carla Bley solo album online I'm interested to give it another spin, sadly it is out of print, but here it is:
