« on: October 10, 2014, 09:11:03 am »

The first time I head this song, it was acoustic. I thought..oh great song..went out and bought the CD and it rocked instead of acousticed. Is that word?  ;) Anyway....great band and song.

I've always had a soft spot for this Don McLean song. Not sure why it wasn't a big hit. Timing is everything I guess. Love the chorus.

If that song was released in about 1973, it IS a hit.

He did a song on his last album about "I got old" but "she always looks the same"...just a killer song. I'll have to hunt that one down.  :P

Found it.
