I'm not going to get up and go look, but my guess is...

Beatles:  15 (Bootlegs, orig, + odds and ends)
Brian Jonestown Massacre:  14
Elvis Costello:  12
Sinatra: 12

Mine is vinyl.  I dont own a cd.  If I owned cds the Indigo Girls would be way up there.

But...can I answer it? Hmm? This is where it would be handy to have a spreadsheet of some sort. LOL

Let's see...I have all the Beatles. All the Badfingers. All the Neil Youngs. All the Lightfoots. All the Kate Bush. All the Crowded House's(and Neil Finns) Ton of Sinatra also(not sure how to count them since there are a lot of compilations) I guess just by sheer number count, it's probably Neil Young as the winner. He puts out an album every 6 months haha.

Beatles....hands down. If you count all records, tapes and CDs, there's likely over 50....some are duplicates. McCartney is second. The most I have by a non-Beatle connected artist would probably be Brian Setzer, including his days with Stray Cats.

Oh yeah. Solo McCartney/Wings.  Many of them plus the '75 Australian tour, an interview record.  15 maybe.
