This band was so so so so good in the early to mid 70s.


Its an odd outfit in that J Geils did not sing or write songs nor dominate the groups sound like Eddie V Halen in that group.


Anyway...he died in the last day.  That was a great group, to me, until that Playboy is a Centerfold and Freeze Frame stuff.  That was so painful to hear them play those songs but Im glad they got a bunch of money off that stuff because they deserved it. 

I decided to post a song that maybe youve never heard.  They were a very funky band.
