Does Paul have Perfect Pitch?
« on: July 10, 2017, 07:39:02 pm »

I've seen or heard a few interviews with Paul over the last few months and when he his talking about songs, he will sing a line or two. Then the interview cuts to the actual recording and Paul is in exactly the same key as the recording. This is done in the post-production, so Paul can't hear it during the interview. It's kind of cool. :)

Either he does have perfect pitch or he's sung those songs so many times he can't do it any other way...

Thats just plain interesting.  Wow.

Those songs must be locked in his head and have so much musical experience that he just has that feel.

Im going to do an experiment this week sometime to see how close I come to some songs that I sing in a band and with some songs Ive written.

My guess is that Ill be two frets off at least.
