I loved this, it was so sweet. People looked genuinely surprised and delighted to see  him back in his old Liverpool haunts.

Notice that they didn't show him as he entered the place and show his initial reaction?  I think he cried, and they had enough integrity to agree to not show that.

I would think that Paul(his people at least) have total control over what is broadcast. In all, I think they did a terrific job.  :)

That Carpool Karaoke can be hit and miss. That one was a hit.  8)  That latest with Michael Buble was great too. Very emotional at the end. Hearing him sing in the car made me wonder why he has so much"stuff" on his vocals on his records. He sounds amazing in the car. Maybe the same reason Lennon double-tracked almost every vocal? Not sure. Good to see you back Greg. :D
