Beatles radio show announces Macca Month

Beatles radio personality Ken Michaels has announced that starting June 3, it's "Macca Month" on his website, with his weekly Beatles trivia/games centering on a Paul McCartney question. Throughout the month, fans will have a chance to win McCartney-related prizes, including the new "Wings Over America" 2-CD remaster.n addition, Ken will be giving away the "Wings Over America" remaster and other Beatles prizes on the live broadcast of his weekly show "Every Little Thing," heard Wednesdays 8-10pm (est) on 88.7 WNHU, West Haven, CT, which can be streamed at www.wnhu.net. His June 5 broadcast will feature an hour of live McCartney music, and June 12 a two-hour birthday special for Paul.

Ken's website has also been featuring a growing list of interviews of people connected to the Beatles, including Denny Laine, discussing the songs "Time To Hide," 'Mull Of Kintyre" and writing songs with Paul, Billy J. Kramer on his days with the Beatles and his new album "I Won The Fight," New York musician Jeff Slate, whose current band Birds of Paradox includes two members of Elephants Memory (Gary Van Scyoc, Adam Ippolito) and two members of Wings (Laurence Juber and Steve Holley).

You can also find an archival interview with Tony Sheridan from 1992, Tony's own keyboard player from the early 90's until Tony's recent passing, Wolfgang, Beatles engineer Ken Scott, and veteran recording artist/producer and member of Ringo's All-Starrs, Todd Rundgren.
